Storied Sip: a traveling immersive speakeasy where the drink is the narrator.
What it is. Storied Sip is a 90-minute immersive speakeasy that moves. Every season a new chapter is written — a fully staged world with its own characters, score, scent and a menu of six to nine storied cocktales and mocktails, each one a piece of the narrative rather than a garnish on it. The staff are characters. The room is a set. The drink is the narrator. After eight weeks, the chapter closes and the story transforms, reappearing changed the following season, in a different room, somewhere else in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert and Buckeye area.
Who's behind it. Storied Sip is created by Amy Yackowski and the Curaosity Collective, a holding company in the most human sense of the word — a portfolio of creative concepts built around one unifying principle: curiosity + courage + play = extraordinary. Storied Sip is one of nine interconnected concepts in the Collective, and the one most interested in what happens when a story is served rather than told.
When it opens. Stories will begin to be written in 2027. Until then the work is in the making — casting, scripting, sourcing, tasting, and finding the rooms worth disappearing into. Those who join the waitlist receive behind-the-scenes access to the launch prep and process, and Story Passport members receive booking access 72 hours before a chapter is released.
Why we made it. Because a night out is rarely a memory, and connection is rarely accidental. We wanted an evening that asks something of you — attention, imagination, a little courage — and gives back a story you carry out with you. Storied Sip exists for the overlooked milestone, the ordinary Thursday that deserved better, and anyone who would rather be inside a story than scrolling past one.
